ILW does not block or otherwise prevent end user access to lawful content, applications, service, or non-harmful devices.
ILW does not throttle traffic, other than reasonable network management to maintain quality of service for all customers on available wireless bandwidth resources.
ILW does not prioritize any traffic.
ILW does not favor any traffic directly or indirectly.
ILW does not provide Congestion Management practices.
ILW does not block or rate-control any specific protocols or protocol ports.
ILW does not restrict devices or approval for devices to connect to the network.
ILW monitors network security and will take preventive action to secure the network in the event of a breach.
ILW provides wireless Internet service via several license free-and lightly licensed wireless frequencies. Expected and actual access speeds and latency are regularly checked and maintained for all customers.
ILW maintains all customer records securely and privately.
ILW promptly works to resolve any and all customer issues.
